Acknowledging (Turkish de-facto SNTV)

One of the great pleasures of academic writing is being able to acknowledge students and blog readers who help you see things you’d have missed. The posted image is from p. 304 of Votes from Seats.

The footnotes here refer to a current graduate student in our department and a regular reader/commenter on this blog.

Click here for the original comment acknowledged in that footnote #14.

  1. Wouldn’t Turkey also be better in addition to it’s National Threshold that it would also have a regional threshold as well? Now that the Turkish Parliament is increasing in size, will the country have an at large tier added or that the extra 50 seats will be distributed through the country?
