Guatemala presidential runoff

Guatemalans have been voting today in a runoff election for president. If the polls reported by boz are to be believed, the result will be close.

I wrote about the first round on 10 September.

Update: Alvaro Colom, the center-left candidate, has won, with 52.7% of the vote. Now comes the interesting part: governing. His party has only around 30% of the seats in congress.
